The Board is headed by Christhoper Young. Mr. Young currently servers as the Chief Financial Advisor at the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT). Mr. Young also served with Price Waterhouse Coopers in London and Hong Kong from 1979 until 1987, at which time he joined First Pacific Company in Hong Kong as Group Financial Controller. He then joined Metro Pacific Corporation in 1995 as Finance Director, a position he held until November 1998. Born in Scotland in 1957, Mr. Young attained an MA (Hons) Degree in Economics from St. Andrew’s University in Scotland. He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 1982.

Mr. Raymond Catane, who has over 20 years of experience in IT and das since worked for an international recruitment company, is currentl serving as Directo of the Board of Orange Inl. He held a number of Key Account and Sales Management positions in leading IT companies such as Computer Associates International, Ayala Systems Technology, Inc. and Microsoft Philippines. He served as the first General Manager for one of Asia’s largest regional onlinerecruitment portals, JobsDB.com in the Philippines. Mr. Catane also served as the General Manager of a leading internation manpower services company in the Philppines. His experience involved set up of large scale workforce recruitment and staffing services for domestic and international clients and covering a wide spectrum of discples, such as healthcare, technical, skilled and semi-skilled functions, sales and marketing, accounting, back office services, among others.
